Had a proper boss time. The spa's magical, and the staff made us feel special from the off. Only downside? The absence of a phone in the loo felt a bit dodgy, like! a sound experience, for sure.

A Luxurious Stay with Room for Improvement!
The stunning architecture captivates upon entry, while the luxurious décor enhances the ambiance. The adjacent café offers delightful pastries, though service can be slow. For a smoother experience, consider setting aside extra time for meals. Absolutely beautiful interiors. just keep your expectations managed for service!

The hotel boasts stunning architecture and beautifully renovated interiors that really capture a sense of luxury. The spacious bathroom facilities are a nice touch, allowing for a comfortable and enjoyable experience after a long day.
Many rooms lacked proper soundproofing, making it hard to get good rest, especially with noises from the bustling street. The breakfast situation was frustrating as well. a very long wait for à la carte orders made it hard to start the day on a good note. diners noted that food quality during meals was underwhelming, not meeting the high standards expected from such a venue.

The interior design is truly stunning, striking a perfect balance between classic luxury and modern chic. The spa services were delightful, providing a relaxing atmosphere with long opening hours. the service fell short, particularly during breakfast, where the wait times were excessive and the staff seemed unapproachable. the dining options did not reflect the hotel's upscale ambiance, with food quality that disappointingly resembled reheated meals. This disconnect between the beautiful environment and service detracted from the experience.

Great location, but needs a cleanup!
The location is super convenient for exploring the city, which is a big plus. the housekeeping seemed way off, my room had an awful smell and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. The in-room breakfast was decent, though! Really nice to have that option, but the overall cleanliness needs serious attention.
